Company history 
 
Ken Giles opened Ken's Market on Queen Anne Hill in 1964.  In 1984 Mr. Giles' sons bought and operated the store. Then in 2007, Eric, Joe and George took the helm and are now the landmark neighborhood grocers, serving our community every day.
 
 
 
 
GOJOEGILES!
 

  • Eric Giles bagged groceries (standing on a milkcrate) at 9 here with his Dad and Uncles, and now runs the Produce and Floral Departments.

 

  • George O'Connor began here in 1977, now running Aisles of Groceries, including the wide varieties of Wine and Beer.

 

  • Joe Vizzare runs the Butcher, Seafood and Deli Departments, as well as the indoor/outdoor Espresso Stand.
